All products that have been delivered to DWP Enterprise Inc., 1625 Main Street Suite 1002, Oakley, CA 94561 for consignment sale are required to pay a 20% final sale fee to DWP for the consignment service. DWP Enterprises, Inc. will try to help sell your product within 90 days of obtaining the product at our business. Our policy states that after the 90 days has passed from the original drop off date without a sale, the customer has to contact DWP Enterprise, Inc. by phone, e-mail, or fax in order for the customer to make arrangements to come in the store and pick up their product. Our policy states that without written instructions for pick up after the 90 days have passed, DWP Enterpris, Inc. will chage the customer a fee of $50.00 a day for up to 30 days passed the original agreed upon pick up date of the unsold product. All fees have to be paid up front, CASH ONLY, in order for customer to pick up their unsold product. If unsold product is either unclaimed by the customer or their late storage fees are not paid to DWP Enterprise, Inc. after these additional 30 days, then DWP Enterprise, Inc. automatically has the right to gain possession and ownership of the product and it will be auctioned off to the highest bidder. All customers have been advised of this policy that has been clearly stated and no exceptions will be made.Thank you for your business.
